my housemate marina's play opens next week "SHE TURNED ON THE LIGHT"

Dear Friends,

I'm very excited to let you know that I will be performing in a one-woman show at La MaMa for two weekends in November, the 13th to the 22nd. It's a play I helped the writer-director develop that primarily explores the relationship between an older woman and a younger one (along with a few other characters, all of which I play), and how the burdens of love and history/war/immigration affect them.

You should come check it out! The info is below and at www.sheturnedonthelight.com
.

Love,
Marina Libel
